Rent a PhotoBooth is an owner-operated photo booth and event photography business serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event such as its date, venue, and the services you are interested in.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you book with us, we also keep the records needed to run the booking, including your print template choices and the photos taken at your event.

Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare your quote, answer your question, run your booking, and deliver your event gallery. If you subscribed to the newsletter, we use your email address to send it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Your details are handled by the service providers that keep this business running: our booking and customer records system, our email delivery provider, and our online gallery host. They process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics to understand how people find and use this site. This tells us which pages are useful; it is not used to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and enquiries for as long as they are useful for following up and for our own business records. Event galleries stay online for the client's benefit, and we will take yours down on request.

Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the link at the bottom of any newsletter we send.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will take care of it.
